Often, it can be easy to think something is wrong with us because we’re comparing ourselves to others around us, and they seem to be doing things differently or seemingly better.
But what if - your way of doing things is the BEST way for you? And not something to be ashamed of, feel bad or wrong or guilty about?
What if it’s actually something to be proud of and to celebrate? (Hint - it usually is ).
